the hundred dollar business

So, here are a couple of things from recent e-mails that just really make my day:

• “I discovered your blog a while back and have been checking back almost daily to get my hundred dollar fix!”
• “So now I use the WWCD (what would Carolynn do) business philosophy…”
• “What can I do to help with HDB? Let me know!” (This after the 30 days has technically been done).

The last week or so, as I’ve been taking a break, I’ve been worrying that I’d get emails starting to come in, “Why isn’t the book done yet!” but it hasn’t happened at all. I have really appreciated the amazing support from everyone on these zany projects we set out to do!

I’ve had several people ask what they can do to continue volunteering for the project, and I appreciate it so much. I must be the luckiest entrepreneur ever to be surrounded by people who are constantly sending in their extremely smart ideas, volunteering, giving tips, referrals, etc. How can I appreciate all of you enough?

This Hundred Dollar Business thing came out of the blue for me, but it has really been an interesting & fun time, some challenges (of course!) but a lot of good luck, amazing people, and just getting things done!

People often ask me where I’m going with the HDB concept, and my “Uh… I really don’t know?” is probably extremely underwhelming. But, one thing is certain: as long as it’s fun & y’all are still interested, we’ll keep the HDB going!

I’m almost about rested up enough to get back to production on the book– and I’m really looking forward to it. Thanks again for your e-mails, chats, tips, and everything.
