Good evening! I’m really looking forward to working on the content tonight– please feel free to join us at 6 pm MST!

We’ll be using our Skype chat to discuss the project– you can access the chat through adding me as a contact on Skype (olynnduncan) and I’ll add you to the chat; or by entering the chat through the box on the right side of this site.

Tonight’s Agenda: 6-7 pm MST.

1. Introduce the Hundred Dollar Business & our current project, “The Entrepreneur Story”. (5 min.)
2. Briefly introduce Skype and Yepic, and how we will be using them to collaborate. (5-10 min.)
3. Move into the Goals & Questions section. (40 min.)
4. Recap on major accomplishments, goals for next session, and a big thank you to everyone for coming! (5 min.)

Goals and Questions

Goals:

1. Discuss the overall purpose of the content and determine the one ultimate thing we will shape the content toward accomplishing.
2. Determine a logical and read-able way to organize the project as a whole.
3. Split the content into assignments to review and make recommendations on throughout the week.

Questions:

1. How much editing should be done on the actual story itself, versus leaving the content alone (excepting grammar/spelling issues)?
2. Will we cut stories that are longer than 600 words?
3. What additional information will be relevant and interesting to the reader: photos, links, demographic info, etc.
